What’s Challenge 1?
We kick off Zero2Thrive with Track To Transform, all about foundational knowledge of why energy in vs energy out matters. We think understanding how to track calories (not forever!) is an important first step in knowing how MUCH food is right for you and further embracing flexibility without elimination to improve your relationship with food.
What to Expect:
Track To Transform will give you practical skills in how to track your calories, how many calories you need each day, how to work out a calorie budget for the week, how to stay on track even with social events and special occasions (and it’s not what you think!!). Finally we come full circle and think about how to count calories without counting.
Our format is simple, each week of the 30 day challenge will focus on these themes and have an accompanying task which will require check-in and activities (via a private Facebook group) to keep you accountable.
