What's challenge 2?

The Fantastic Four is all about starting to think about the WHAT we eat. Yes, in case you hadn’t guessed, the quality of your food matters! We’ll deep dive into the 3 building blocks of food (aka macronutrients), protein, carbohydrates, fats and also pay special attention to fibre (a type of carb). We want you to appreciate why each is integral to you THRIVING!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Fantastic Four will explore the building blocks of nutrition, why each is essential to your health (with no eliminations in sight!), how to portion them appropriately and a bonus of how to hydrate.  We will work through the power of protein, greens and their goodness, a carb makeover and fabulous fats - learning how much of each to add to our plate and what they do for our bodies.

Our format is simple, each week of the 30 day challenge will focus on these themes and have an accompanying task which will require a bi-weekly email check-in and activities (via a private Facebook group) to keep you accountable.
