Daily movement is so important to your health journey and benefits not only your body but your mind as well. To be honest, we think this is the one you’ve all been waiting for! 30 For 30 will see you committing to 30 minutes of movement for 30 days with EXCLUSIVE workouts created for this challenge ONLY!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Get your sweat on and strength up, with an exclusive 30 day Up To The BEat workout program, via private YouTube links not available to the public!
We’ll show you different exercises (cardio, strength and stretch) and why variety and progress is important. You’ll also be expected to achieve a daily step goal on top of your planned workout for the day, because N.E.A.T. counts.
Each week you’ll receive a workout plan in advance, which will require a bi-weekly email check-in and have activities (via a private Facebook group) to not only keep you accountable but find movement you love.
